Common questions
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many customers leave access instructions — guardhouse registration, a key with management, or a door code. You add these privately at checkout and only the assigned team sees them.
What does the team bring?
Vacuum, mops, cloths and standard cleaning products. Deep and move-out teams also bring descaler, degreaser and a step ladder. Each service page lists the equipment.
What if my place is bigger than the package limit?
You can add extra team time, switch to a larger package, or build a custom clean. Properties over 2,000 sq ft, heavily soiled, or post-renovation go to a quotation so we can price them fairly.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Cancel from your account page up to 24 hours before the start for a full deposit refund. Inside 24 hours, WhatsApp us — the deposit is not refundable. To change the date, WhatsApp us.
