Privacy notice

• This notice explains how F5S Cleaning Services (SHAHKU PUTERA BIN BAHUDIN, SSM 202403157059 (JM1007982-A)) handles personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
• What we collect: your name, phone number, email, the service address, home size, access notes and payment receipts you upload.
• Why: to take and deliver your booking, contact you about it, confirm payments, handle complaints and keep business and tax records.
• Who sees it: only F5S staff and the cleaners assigned to your booking. We do not sell your data. We use service providers to host the website and send booking emails; they process data only on our instructions.
• Payments: you pay by DuitNow QR from your own bank app. We never see your bank login or card details. Uploaded receipts are kept only to verify payment.
• Security: passwords are stored as one-way hashes, the site uses HTTPS, and admin access is restricted.
• Retention: booking and payment records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes; access notes and receipts are deleted after that.
